I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful staff at Mugg & Bean for making my birthday so special during a very difficult time with the bad weather and no electricity for two days.
My daughter and granddaughter went to ask Nico, the manager, if he would kindly help us charge our phones because it was my birthday and we had no power at home. Nico immediately offered to help us with such kindness and hospitality.
While we waited for the phones to charge, we ordered some lovely hot beverages. Then Rolandi, our waiter, surprised me with the sweetest gesture. She came to me and asked me to choose any slice of cake from the cake counter for my birthday because Nico told her it was my birthday.
Their kindness, compassion, and excellent service truly touched my heart and turned a stressful situation into a memorable birthday celebration. Thank you, Nico, Rolandi, and the entire Mugg & Bean team for your warmth and generosity. You made me feel so special and cared for.

Very happy, the power was out at home and my partner and I needed to work/study on our laptops. Our lovely waitresses Whanita and Rene organized us a spot by a power source. Bottomless hot chocolate is always great, but the chicken pot pie is also really filling and tasty for a decent price.
