I had such a wonderful experience at this coffee shop. Tomorrow is my little boy's birthday, and I was looking for a big cupcake to make his morning extra special. even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in store, the staff went above and beyond to help me and accommodate my request. I was honestly so pleasantly surprised by the effort, kindness, and care they showed. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping to make my son's birthday morning so special. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely recommend this store to others.

Excellent Customer service, always friendly and accurate with orders. Look after your staff at this location please. You don't find this caiber of worker everyday. It's Not about the name M&B but who serves you representing the name.

I went there for the first time today. I ordered a Café Mocha as take-away. The service is brilliant. The staff are down to earth, friendly and have a good sense of humour. The atmosphere is welcoming and overall the place is very cosy.
