God, bloody nerve of the staff in this branch, never supporting again, I always go to get sandwiches from this M&B. Yesterday I ordered two sandwiches, this soulless women, burnt it, and still gave me the burned sandwiches, it's not hard, everything is already made, all you have to do is toast it.... These things are so expensive and now I had a bitter burnt bread and tea. What a bloody waste.... Never again, please sort your staff out.
