Mugg & Bean On-The-Move South Africa

I have been a regular customer at Mug & Bean On The Go at TotalEnergies Melkbos and have always appreciated the convenience, friendly service, and consistently good coffee. It has been a practical and reliable stop for me. However, I am increasingly unhappy with the substantial price increases over the past six months. The adjustments feel excessive, particularly for a takeaway-style outlet. The current pricing is noticeably higher than many competitors, without a clear difference in quality to justify the premium. For example, Cafe 365 at De Werf offers coffee and light meals that are just as good, yet at more reasonable prices — and it is not off my route either. When customers can get the same standard elsewhere without paying significantly more, loyalty naturally becomes difficult to maintain. I also fill up with petrol at this TotalEnergies branch every week, spending no less than R1,000 each time. As a consistent customer supporting the business regularly, it is disappointing to feel that the pricing at Mug & Bean does not reflect value for loyal patrons. I understand that operating costs increase, but the current pricing structure feels out of balance. I sincerely hope management reviews this carefully before regular customers begin taking their business elsewhere.

I would most definitely recommend coming here especially if you want some peace, the place is never too noisy which I love and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Will most definitely be back soon.
