I’d like to commend Mug & Bean for the way my recent complaint was handled. While I was initially disappointed with my muffin, what really stood out was the excellent customer service that followed.
A special thank you to Dikeledi, who went above and beyond to assist me and kindly replaced the muffin without hesitation. She handled the situation with such professionalism, kindness and understanding, and completely changed what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what truly matters is how a business responds to them — and Dikeledi represented Mug & Bean exceptionally well. Her attitude and willingness to make things right are a credit to the brand.
Thank you, Dikeledi, for taking my complaint seriously and ensuring that I left feeling valued as a customer. Excellent service and excellent recovery! ☕🧁❤️
I’ll definitely be back!
