This is becoming on of my favourite spots. I've never been disappointed by any of their food, service or facilities. The staff is so kind. I wish more places would consider running a drive through.

All we were really in the mood for was a good cup of coffee, and we didn’t feel like going into a store — so we decided to use the drive-thru at Mug & Bean Sandown. What a fantastic decision that turned out to be! From the very moment the intercom came on, we were met with the most cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful attendant. The tone of the service immediately stood out — warm, upbeat, and full of personality. It instantly made the experience feel special. From placing the order right through to receiving it, the service was absolutely top-class. Everything was handled so professionally, efficiently, and with such kindness. Even the manager himself added to the excellent experience, which says a lot about the standard of customer care at this branch. In a world where good service can be hard to find, this experience was truly refreshing. Friendly, helpful, professional, and memorable — Mug & Bean Sandton Drive-Thru absolutely delivered, with perfectly brewed coffee and fresh muffins to top it all off.

Service is always efficient and friendly. Lovely staff. Convenient for grabbing a quick coffee on the go or getting something delicious to go with it.

The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour — you can really taste the quality and care in every bite. A special shoutout to the incredible store manager, Shameerah Adamson. Her leadership clearly reflects in the atmosphere of the store. She’s attentive, hands-on, and goes the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued. That level of management makes all the difference. Great service, great food, and just overall amazingness every time. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back! 👏🔥
