Often they do not have stock - a couple of times there was no coffee, sometimes they do not have other menu items. It is a bit frustrating. When there is coffee and toasties, they are good.
I had a lovely experience this morning. Although the item I wanted was out of stock, I was assisted with a close alternative. The staff were super friendly and a representative assisted me with my concerns above. Thank you Mugg & Bean :)
