All i can say is wow!!!! The Mugg n Bean at Panorama Mediclinic really went above and beyond for me today! My friend had to miss her baby shower due to a pregnancy complication and is not allowed to leave the hospital until baby is born. I decided to bring the babyshower to her. I spoke to the manager Chanelle about my plan. She was more than happy to assist and kept in contact with me all week as well as the morning of even though she was off duty to make sure i had all i needed. Honestly, the service i received was beyond amazing! Everyone was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond when i asked for silly things such as scissors or jugs etc. to add to my decor. I truly did not expect such amazing service and mommy to be and myself were actually so glad we did the baby shower there. The lemon meringue that was made was also absolutely divine! Well done to the team who assisted me with this! You guys are amazing and i can’t rave about you enough!

I really miss the old Coffee Couture cafe and staff but this Mugg and Bean branch is lovely. Staff are friendly, takeaway service is efficient and the food and drinks are lovely. Menu is definitely not limited in my experience. For something different, try the Sticky Toffee Latte. Unbeatable, especially if paired with one of their generously sized muffins. Pricing is also fair in my view.
