The young man there seems new. I can forgive his shortcomings, however he needs to step up soon, busier times are coming. He put my sandwich directly into the paper bag without a wraping first, no serviettes. He wrang my sandwich, muffin and easy cuppaccino separately and not as a combo, where I would pay R25 for the cuppaccino. I brought my own cup, and he did not understand that I am eligible for R5 off with own cup, I pointed him to the screen, but the pin still did not drop.

I just want to brag about Mbali, she is probably the best Mugg & Bean barista I have ever met!
Her coffee was amazing (and I’m a coffee snob 😉). She was so friendly and made it feel so “homey” when I was ordering my coffee on the way to work!
Her coffee was amazing! Not bland or cold - nice and strong, smooth and creamy!
If there is an “employee of the month option” please consider her!
