I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Mugg & Bean with my wife yesterday, and the experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding level of customer service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and highly professional throughout our visit. It was especially impressive to see the owners actively involved, running up and down, checking on customers, and making sure everyone was well taken care of. That kind of hands-on leadership is a great example of management leading by example. Without a doubt, this is some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in the Durbanville area. Well done to the entire team, keep up the excellent work. We will definitely be back soon.
