I’ve been coming to Mugg & Bean On the Move Ferndale Republic, on and off, for more than three years, and it has always been a pleasure to visit.
What really stands out is the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. The managers are welcoming and engaging, and the waiters are consistently friendly, helpful and efficient.
There is a genuine sense of hospitality here that you don’t find everywhere. The team knows me from my previous visits, and those little personal touches make you feel recognised, remembered and genuinely welcome.
Today, the owner came over personally to say hello. It’s these personal touches, together with the excellent service, that make this Mugg & Bean special.
Thank you to the whole team at Mugg & Bean Ferndale on Republic for your warmth and kindness, and for making me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be visiting more regularly.
