Your long time practice of letting people come sit for hours at your restaurant with opened laptops must be reconsidered. I visited the Dainfern shop today. Every four seater booth was taken by individual people who sit there four hours on end working on their laptop presumably using Mug n Bean WiFi. I think those booths should be reserved for customers who come in fours and who are there to buy food; not individual customers who buy one cup of coffee. Please have a designated area for people who are there for coffee only and who wish to use your restaurant as a work station. Insist that customers like us who eat full lunch and spend substantial money, should sit in the comfortable booths and enjoy their breakfast or lunch. It is unfair and frustrating to spend R500 and sit on small not-so-comfortable individual chairs while one cup coffee drinker enjoys a comfortable booth meant for four diners.

Luyanda was our server, she was amazing. Food and drinks were good and she followed out instructions perfectly. We’ll be back soon x

Enjoyed my visit with croquet madame and bottomless iced tea. Agreeably peaceful atmosphere and prompt service.

We were pleased to be welcomed with a smile and great service. Our waitress was Luyanda and we had a great time being at Mugg & Bean because of her. She's so friendly and she knows how to talk to customers. We didn't know what to order and she was very patient with us since the menu was new to us. The food was very delicious and we still thank our waitress for helping us out on Wednesday. We are willing to come back soon and be served by her again.
