I always look forward to spending my Friday mornings here, often working through the first half of the day from the restaurant. From the moment you walk in, Salma makes you feel genuinely welcome. Her warm morning greeting, professionalism, and customer-focused approach create an exceptional experience every time.
Salma is passionate about the service she provides and has an incredible ability to understand what customers need. Even when you're busy working, she makes you feel comfortable, valued, and at home. She creates an environment where you feel welcomed, safe, and cared for.
The restaurant itself is always spotless, well-managed, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The management team is attentive and friendly, and the positive vibe is consistently maintained. It's the perfect place to work, relax, or meet with others.

Very nice place and good menu with delicious sandwiches - service is a bit slow but they are still new and getting there. Bran Muffins are not the traditional oold school wholesome ones that M&B used to make a little more commercial these days but still not too bad

Although the muffins were a bit dry, the overall experience compensated. Service was excellent. The vibe is great, it's open, clean, welcoming. Compared to other Mugg and Bean branches, this one is definitely the best one so far. Worth a visit.
