An excellent waitresses, they were sweet and always checked up on me.
Absolutely loved the berry cheesecake and atmosphere here. Bottomless hot chocky definetly the best for my study/work days.

Although I was there for a meeting, the server was extremely scarce, in fact non existent. I was there for 1½ hours and during that time saw 3 servers:
1st - seated me and took my order for one cappuccino;
2nd - served the cappuccino and I confirm we were not eating, only drinking; and
3rd - cleared my cup, as I started packing up, and brought the bill.
It didn't help that one cappuccino cost R45🫥. But te whole time I was there no-one came to enquire if I wanted something more/other to drink or if no colleague wanted something later. Given that the restaurant was almost empty, I just felt the servers were too disengaged from the customers.
I hope that management takes this constructive criticism, from someone with +15 years in industry, on board as it's easy to remedy.
