We had an amazing waiter. I've been here many times and this was the best service I've gotten. Thank you so much Thabile Mpini (I asked for his name because I had to leave a great review). He was utterly exceptional in service. I think he should be in charge of training the staff because he delivered all our items on time, when their was a delay he explained the reason. He made sure our coffee was made to our preferences. He didn't rushed us, encouraged us to take as much time as we like, which resulted in us ordering more. He check on politely and his attitude was exceptional. Professional. Considerate. And well mannered. Mug and Bean has come such a long way training staff because this was the best service I've received in ages. I'll be coming again soon.

Always very busy and the noise levels were a bit too high with the music in the background. Music could be softer. Food was excellent.
