I have found the staff to be tops. Laaqaih is always ready to greet with a smile and accommodating. Tami the barrister is always on point and always gets it right - cappuccino supreme!

Mugg & Bean Vodaworld is easily my go-to spot in Midrand. The food and coffee are always on point, but the service from Laika is what really sets this place apart. She’s world-class—always friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the experience is solid. Over time, she’s become a genuine friend rather than just a cashier. If you’re stopping by, look out for her; she’s a legend and makes every visit worth it.
