We are regular diners at this Mugg n Bean. This time I ordered soft eggs on a Big Daddy burger. I received a hard fried egg. Nicole, the waiter, who was very friendly and funny, said she has 2 options on the computer. Soft or hard. Its not her fault she said, she selected soft. So, either the computer don't work, or the Chef dont know how to do eggs the way customers prefer. Or, ... maybe, they just don't care. If you prefer soft eggs, don't go to Mugg n Bean Baywest.

Hoagies is simply Devine it's a bagel with toppings my son and I enjoyed it so much thank you..I've heard complaints but it's simply not true I'd go out of my way just to visit again..tha place now hold a special memory since my son isn't with me anymore..I'm a very picky eater but found the food 100% to my taste.. as for the service to was neat, clean and the waiter serving us was very helpful and polite..like I said if you want decent food in a clean environment and be treated with great hospitality. .mug and bean is it🙂
